How long does it take to make my gift?

Most personalised gifts are crafted and dispatched within 2–3 business days. During busy periods such as Christmas and Valentine's Day, please allow a little extra time.

Can I see a preview before ordering?

Yes — where available, a digital preview will be shown before you add your gift to the cart.

What if I make a mistake with my personalisation?

Please double-check all details before placing your order, as personalised items cannot be changed once production has begun. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
