No Refunds — Personalized Products

Due to the personalized nature of all our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Every item is made specifically for you, which means it cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Although we do not accept returns, we do take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@musorae.com so we can assess the situation and find a solution.

EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal — Exception for Personalized Goods

Under EU consumer law, customers within the European Union have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to goods that are clearly personalized or made to the customer's specifications. As all of our products fall into this category, the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in our store.
