Because our gifts are personalised especially for you, we are unable to accept returns on customised items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your gift arrives in less than perfect condition, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Personalisation

We craft every gift exactly as specified at the time of ordering. Please carefully check all personalisation details before placing your order. If an error was made on our part, we will of course replace your item at no extra cost.

Non-Personalised Items

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us to arrange your return.
