All personalised gifts are handcrafted with care. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be made before it is dispatched.

Delivery Times

Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days after dispatch
International: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free standard shipping on orders over €75 within the Netherlands.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your gift every step of the way.
