By placing an order with Musorae, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders & Personalisation

All personalised orders are made to order. Please ensure all personalisation details are correct before completing your purchase. Once production has begun, we are unable to amend or cancel personalised orders.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of your order.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Musorae is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text and branding, is the property of Musorae and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
